By registering for or using Fortogo, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be of legal age (18+), as the web app relates to tracking investments and personal finances.

Fortogo is a tool for personal tracking of investments and financial goals: you enter your investments and goals yourself, and the web app helps you track their value, profit, taxes and progress.

Fortogo does not connect to banks, brokers or payment systems and does not perform any financial transactions. You enter all data manually.

The web app is provided "as is" and "as available".

Fortogo is completely free: no subscriptions, paid plans, ads or selling of your data.

The project runs on a volunteer basis. You may support it with a voluntary donation if you wish, but this is optional and grants no additional features.

Using the web app requires an account – via email and password or via a Google account.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your account.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information (including a valid email address).

An account is intended for a single person and for personal, non-commercial use.

When using Fortogo, you agree not to:

• use the web app for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the web app, other accounts or infrastructure;
• interfere with the web app, overload it with automated requests or circumvent technical limits (including the rate-refresh limit);
• copy, decompile, modify or create derivative works based on the web app's code;
• enter another person's personal or financial data without the appropriate right to do so.

Fortogo is intended solely for personal record-keeping and reference calculations. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice and contains no recommendations to buy, sell or hold any assets.

All forecasts and calculations of profit, taxes and value are approximate estimates based on the data you enter and simplified assumptions (including linear accrual, rounding to two decimal places and other non-critical mathematical conventions); they may differ from actual results.

Decisions made based on the web app's data are your personal responsibility. For important financial decisions we recommend consulting qualified professionals.

Exchange rates come from open sources chosen by the user: Monobank, PrivatBank or the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).

This data is provided "as is"; it may be inaccurate, outdated or temporarily unavailable. Fortogo does not control and does not guarantee its accuracy.

For critical decisions, verify rates from official sources.

The data you enter (investments, goals, settings) belongs to you; you are responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness.

You can delete your account together with all data at any time in your profile settings.

We store your data to operate the web app; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Fortogo depends on third-party providers, whose own terms and policies apply to their use; Fortogo is not responsible for their availability or actions. The main providers are:

• Google Firebase – authentication, database, hosting, server functions;
• Resend – delivery of email notifications (if you enable them);
• Cloudflare – anonymous web analytics;
• Monobank / PrivatBank / NBU – exchange-rate sources.

This is a hobby project developed in spare time. We may change, suspend or discontinue individual features or the entire web app at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, availability or data retention, and are not responsible for interruptions.

The Fortogo name, design, styling and source code belong to the project's author and are protected by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the web app for personal purposes. Copying, distributing or using the code without written permission is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortogo and its author are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, financial losses or loss of data related to the use or inability to use the web app.

The web app is provided without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of error-free calculations.

You may stop using the web app and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the web app in the event of a breach of these Terms or for technical reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the web app interface or by email.

The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the web app after changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes not resolved through negotiation are handled in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
